All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pune. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as it’s dispatched, we will share a tracking number so you can follow its journey via our shipping partner.

Processing Time
  • Regular Orders: Dispatched within 3–4 working days
  • Sale Orders: Dispatched within 8–10 working days
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Domestic Shipping (India)
  • We offer free shipping on orders above INR 15,000
  • Once shipped, please allow 2–3 working days for your order to reach you
International Shipping
  • We ship worldwide at a flat rate based on the weight of your order
  • Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout after the shipping address is entered
    Please note:
  • Customs and import duties are not included in our shipping rates
  • We are unable to estimate or bear any additional duties levied by your country
  • Shree does not hold responsibility for delays or holds at customs or local authorities
Order Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, kindly email us at customercare.shree@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days to your original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

Each Shree piece is crafted with care and made in limited quantities.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to assist with:

  • Size alterations
  • Customisations upon request
  • Refunds or replacements in the rare case of a damaged product, reported within 7 days of delivery

Please note:

  • Size-related returns are not accepted. Kindly refer to our Size Guide or connect with us at +91 70281 91655 for assistance
  • Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact
  • Shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the customer
  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges
  • We reserve the right to decline returns if the item appears used or tampered with.
Final Sale Policy

Items purchased during sale or promotional pricing are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. In the case of a size issue, we are happy to alter the same garment if possible.

Please allow 8–10 working days for dispatch of all sale items.
